"Disgrace! was a customer for years even referred them to others. I called for a quote on a property I was thinking of buying. They offered me $19k coverage on a $170k mobile home purchase. Policy should cover rebuild at purchase price ($170k). I then asked about quotes in general nothing in particular for regular properties in crestwood villages, Chris said they would be covered for full value. I was shopping at this point. Chris called me about a week later to ask if I found anything in crestwood village. Why call me though, I’m shopping if I have a question I call you, right? I stated I wasn’t looking there any longer but I was in a different area not far. I told him I had a lot going on & to call me the next day @ 3:30 to talk about a quote. I gave an address of a home I might purchase but didn’t have all the info in front of me I said when we talk tomorrow I’ll give you the rest of the info. He never called that day. I called two days later, & he told me he called the community I was thinking of moving to for additional info. I told him he had a lot of nerve making that call it wasn’t his place or his right. He has no right speaking for me or involving himself in my business. Additionally, he told me the cost was $387 year, what a low price, right, I asked for the same coverage I have now on current house, turns out he quoted the replacement cost at half the amount of the purchase price, so in reality the policy would cost double. Bait me in on a low cost, false info, so if the house would need to be replaced, i would have half the money to rebuild, lose everything & end up in the street. I asked for Steve, the owner & Chris said I’m the manager, Steve isn’t here, Honestly I don’t care what your title is, I’m going to file a formal complaint for representing me when you had no right, & giving false quotes in hope of gaining business. I guess he thought moving to an adult community meant I couldn’t think or speak for myself. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! 😡 Sad, they have gone downhill!! HE HAD NO RIGHT WHATSOEVER TO GET INVOLVED I NEVER GAVE PERMISSION I ASKED FOR A QUOTE AND TOLD HIM I WOULD GIVE HIM THE INFO. It wasn’t anyone’s business over there that I asked for a quote. And to try and sell a policy for half of the value, just to get the business is disgusting. It is what it is and everyone I have discussed this with has agreed that he had some nerve. So try and cover up for your son, that’s too bad. ENTITLEMENT!"
